Dayflint is provided by Velorank LLC. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the terms below. If they conflict, Apple's EULA applies.

Dayflint Plus subscriptions

Dayflint Plus is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Using Dayflint

Dayflint is a personal productivity tool. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You're responsible for your own tasks and data. To the extent the law allows, Velorank LLC isn't liable for any lost data or indirect damages from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Dayflint after a change, you accept the updated terms.
